New or renewal of an existing CFC junior membership, for one year; born in 2003 or later. After your purchase, we send your purchase/renewal info directly to CFC for updating. This applies whether you are an ACC member or not. When completing your order, if this is a new CFC membership, please record the player's full name, mailing address, city, province, postal code, and birthdate (mm/dd/yyyy) in the Comments field provided. If this is a renewal only, we only need the player's existing CFC # in the Comments field. The final price including HST is $32.
