Events - Event View

Welcome to our annual club championship. This is a six-round Swiss tournament in two sections: Championship and Reserve (U1800.)
Time control is 90+30. Default time is 30 minutes from the scheduled start of each round.

All standard rules of chess tournaments apply, most notably:

No electronics. If a player's device sounds during play, that player will lose their game.

Touch move/touch take. (A deliberately touched piece must be moved/captured.)

All players must keep score, that is, record every move of the game, regardless of time remaining on the clock.
